In this experiential mindful-eating journey, you will have the opportunity to explore your relationship to eating and food. Your increased awareness and mindfulness will help foster balance, choice, wisdom and acceptance, and ultimately transform your relationship with food and the quality of your life.
In class 3 of 10 of this experiential online mindful eating workshop you will discover some of your reactive habituated patterns around food and eating. We will also explore how to bring curiosity instead of judgment to those patterns.
Our eating habits developed as a result of many influences including such things as culture, family customs, advertising and peer pressure. Most of our conditioned habits are harmless, but some are deeply hidden and more problematic, causing us to be out of balance with food. Mindful eating can bring some of these unconscious patterns into the light of awareness, freeing us to choose healthier ways of eating.
