In class 4 of 10 of this experiential online mindful eating workshop you will learn to tune into your body in a safe, non-judgmental way and to become aware of how emotions are connected to physical sensations in the body.
Our body has a wisdom that is different but not separate from our minds. Our emotions, which are felt in our bodies, can help us make wiser choices if we are aware of them. Learning how to bring non-judgmental attention to our emotions and our body can positively influence how we take care of ourselves.
